The Daily Show with Trevor Noah announces guest line-up

“The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” announces the line-up of guests for its premiere week. Comedic superstar Kevin Hart will be Noah’s first guest when the series debuts on Tuesday 29 September at 9pm on Comedy Central (DStv Channel 122). His inaugural week will conclude with his first musical guest, featuring a performance by Ryan Adams.




The complete, premiere week guest lineup is as follows:


  • September 29: actor/comedian Kevin Hart, “What Now? Tour”
  • September 30: Whitney Wolfe, founder and CEO of Bumble
  • October 1: Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ), Republican Presidential Candidate
  • October 2: musician Ryan Adams, “1989”


“The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” premieres on Tuesday 29 September at 9 p.m. on Comedy Central (DStv channel 122) and will be available to stream the following day on and the Comedy Central App. Viewers can follow “The Daily Show” on Twitter (4 million followers) and by becoming a fan of “The Daily Show” on Facebook (5 million fans) and Instagram (145K followers). Trevor Noah, Steve Bodow, Jen Flanz, Tim Greenberg, Jill Katz and Adam Lowitt are the Executive Producers of “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” with Hillary Kun and Stuart Miller as Co-Executive Producers. Pam DePace, Justin Melkmann, and Baratunde Thurston are Supervising Producers. Zhubin Parang is the Head Writer with Daniel Radosh as Senior Writer. The series is directed by Chuck O’Neil.
