Tune into MTV Base on Friday 5 February as VJ Sandile Ntshingila hosts the year’s most anticipated music industry debate since MTV Base’s ‘SA’s Hottest MCs” in November 2015.

Ntshingila will be presiding over a panel of industry heavyweights for this year’s roundtable discussion; panelists include MoFlava, Zalebs’ Tinashe Venge, Mantsoe Pout and legends Amu and the King of Kwaito – Arthur Mafokate.

MTV Base anticipates huge interest in the list as the year’s most promising players are analysed and discussed by the panel of industry experts.

Comments Tim Horwood, Head of MTV Base, “MTV Base loves celebrating established artists, but it’s also important to shine a spotlight on the industry’s newest talent and create a platform for the superstars of the future.”

“MTV Base Roundtable: Hottest Newcomers 2016” premieres on MTV Base (DStv Channel 322) on Friday 5 February at 17:00 CAT with a repeat on the same evening at 22:00 CAT, and then again on Saturday 6 February at 11:30 CAT and Monday 8 February at 09:00 CAT.
