The station will host a telethon to collect as many school shoes as possible on the 17th July 2015. All staff, listeners and viewers are encouraged to come down to the SABC’s KwaZulu-Natal –  situated at 100 KE Masinga Road to dedicate 67 minutes by calling friends, family and corporate companies to donate towards this worthy cause. “It is imperative that we teach the children of this country to be the best at whatever they do, they must be the difference, be the change and in their own way, they will be changing their future world”, comments Lotus FM Programmes Manager, Santosh Beharie.
